Sandollar 4 is a 1brm/1bath condo. Sleeps 4. Sandollar 4 is located on Navarre Beach, Florida's most Relaxing beach. It has 1 bedroom with king size bed, 1 Bathroom with Tub/Shower, fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. The kitchen has a breakfast counter top that seats two and also a 4 seat kitchen table. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, tv and seating area. The living room leads to the balcony boasting awesome views of the Gulf Mexico. This complex is located in a residential area away from the busy high rises. Easy parking. Elevator Bldg. The lower level has a boardwalk that leads to the soft white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. When you are not relaxing by shore there are plenty of outdoor activities to do. Across the street from the complex there is a bike bath that leads to Gulf Island National Seashore. Small dogs under 25 lbs. are allowed with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. No dogs are allowed on the Beach. THE BALCONIES ARE CURRENTLY UNDERGOING RENOVATIONS. You will still be able to use the balcony and there is no obstruction of the view.
